Alison, what inspired you to jump in at Climate Salad?
Working in line with my values is how I work best, so after four wonderful years at an ethical super fund start-up, when I saw the opportunity to bring my skills to Climate Salad, I jumped at the chance! I could see right away that the team were good people doing good things and that I wanted to be involved.

As a Program Manager, I’m working with our Partners to deliver engaging webinars, events and programs to the Climate Salad community.
What are your superpowers?

At home, I can make a delicious, nutritious meal out of whatever random items are left in the fridge!
What excites you most about Climate Tech?
I find it exciting that Founders can imagine a better way to do something we’re already doing or create something completely innovative to change the world for the better.
How do you take your coffee?
Strong, soy cap
What do you do for fun on the weekends?
I’m in an 80s dance troupe called The Cassettes. It’s as ridiculous and fun as it sounds!
